We can fabricate a wide range of items in carbon or stainless steel. Because of the unique production arrangements at individual facilities, the majority of our products have been custom designed. PIPING SPOOLS & VALVE HEADERS
Fabrication of piping spools and valve train headers often saves time for shutdowns and outages. The critical components can be fit into the pipeline in the shop, hydrotested, and cleaned for oxygen service if required. The spools and headers are then assembled at the plant with minimal field welding.
We size, design, and fabricate burner systems and pipe for industrial furnaces. These trains are pre-wired setups that meet NFPA and ASME requirements. Natural gas, oxygen, and combustion air systems are available.
DUCT & MACHINE ACCESS DOORS
We offer access doors with a cam-style latching mechanism in sizes from 12"x12" to 24"x36". Most sizes can be fabricated. Gasket seals are available in a variety of materials. Doors can be fabricated in carbon steel or 300 stainless, and expanded metal doors can be provided for visibility. Other latching systems may be available on request.
PUMP & BLOWER MOUNTING BASE PLATES
We work with sales distributors to offer base plate design, fabrication, and assembly. This allows distributors to offer a complete setup to their customers with the pump or blower coupled to a motor and ready for installation. Available in carbon or stainless steel.
GANTRY CRANES
Height-adjustable cranes custom designed to fit your specific needs can be fabricated for most load conditions with casters selected to suit your floor conditions (i.e. chemicals, washdown, petroleum).
POPPET VALVES & EXPANSION JOINTS FOR BAGHOUSE SYSTEMS
We can replicate pneumatically- or electrically-operated poppet-style valves for baghouse systems to replace existing components. We can also provide expansion joints for blowers.
STRUCTURAL STEEL, WORK PLATFORMS, & LADDERS
We design and fabricate work platforms, ladders, and stairs to OSHA requirements. We also fabricate structural steel.
This includes the customized design of special purpose platforms.

Certified welding is available for AWS D1.1, AWS D1.6, and ASME IX to meet project specifications with those requirements.
